On leadership General Haig really needs no introduction as he is among the most decorated military and civilian figures of our times. In addition to his military accomplishments, General Haig has held a number of key positions in political and business leadership and presently serves as Chairman of World Wide Associates, Inc., and is a senior advisor to United Technologies Corporation. General Haig is perhaps best know as United States Secretary of State under President Ronald Reagan, appointed by the president elect and confirmed by the United States Senate. Dr. Warren Bennis
Dr. Warren Bennis is a university professor and a distinguished professor of business at the University of Southern California and chairman of USC’s leadership institute. He has written 18 books, including On Becoming A Leader, Why Leaders Can’t Lead, and The Unreality Industry, coauthored with Ivan Mentoff. Dr. Bennis was successor to Douglas McGregor as chairman of the organizational studies department at MIT. He also taught at Harvard and Boston universities. Later he was provost and executive vice president of the State University of NY—Buffalo and president of the University of Cincinnati. He published over 900 articles and two of his books have earned the coveted McKenzie Award for the Best Book on Management. A graduate of Washington University, she has been on the lecture platform since 1972, speaking nationally and internationally. In 1994, she was inducted into the Council of Peers Award For Excellence Hall of Fame, the Oscar of the speaking profession. Alan Keyes
