Richard Tyler is the CEO of Richard Tyler International,
Inc.™ as well as a diversified family of highly successful
companies and services. Mr. Tyler has earned a worldwide reputation
for his powerful educational methods and motivational techniques,
as well as his experience in all levels of business, corporate
education and success training. His background in sales, leadership,
management, customer service and quality improvement has allowed
him to become one of world’s most sought after consultants,
lecturers and teachers. This vast experience has helped him shape
and determine his philosophies on EXCELLENCE in Business™ which
he now shares annually with millions of individuals through keynote
speaking, syndicated writing, radio, television, seminars, books

Mr. Tyler’s philosophies have been featured
in Entrepreneur Magazine® as well as in hundreds of articles
and interviews. Mr. Tyler is founder of the Leadership for Tomorrow™.
Its purpose is to educate young adults in the importance of self-esteem
and goal setting. Mr. Tyler’s dedication to his country
and community led him to be named one of the “Outstanding
Young Men of America” in 1984. Between 1993 and 2004, Mr.
Tyler’s vision and leadership were recognized when he was
honored with induction into fifteen prestigious National and
International Who’s Who organizations, including: the Who’s
Who Worldwide of Global Business Leaders and the Who’s
Who in American Education. For 14 consecutive years Mr. Tyler
has been listed in Who’s Who in Professional Speaking.
In 2004 “Heartbeat of America”, a national television
program hosted by actor William Shatner and Rear Admiral Kevin
F. Delaney (ret.) produced a special 30 minute segment called "Keeping
America Strong" which featured Mr. Tyler and Richard Tyler
International, Inc™. Mr. Tyler received the coveted "Keeping
America Strong" award for outstanding contributions to the
strength and growth of American business. Richard Tyler International,
Inc™ has been named one of the top training and consulting
firms in the world. Mr. Tyler participates on the advisory board
of some of the nation’s most respected sales and management
publications. His "Commitment to EXCELLENCE™" Sales
Education program and his EXCELLENCE in Quality and Service™ program
have been taught in the Executive Development department at
the university level.
Richard Tyler is a member of the National Speakers Association,
the International Platform Association, the American Society
for Training and Development, and The Society for Human Resource
Management. Mr. Tyler has served on the Houston National Speakers
Association Board of Directors. Mr. Tyler is an Advisory Board
Member and past Chairman of the "Be an Angel Fund, Inc." which
helps multiple handicapped and profoundly deaf children to have

General Alexander Haig
On leadership General Haig really needs no introduction as he
is among the most decorated military and civilian figures of
our times. In addition to his military accomplishments, General
Haig has held a number of key positions in political and business
leadership and presently serves as Chairman of World Wide Associates,
Inc., and is a senior advisor to United Technologies Corporation.
General Haig is perhaps best know as United States Secretary
of State under President Ronald Reagan, appointed by the president
elect and confirmed by the United States Senate. However, many
are familiar with General Haig’s reputation as a paragon
on spacemanship with the mental and tactical genius benefiting
a four-star general, and the consummate diplomacy of a master
negotiator at the highest levels of the public and private sectors. |

Dr. Warren Bennis
Dr. Warren Bennis is a university professor and a distinguished
professor of business at the University of Southern California
and chairman of USC’s leadership institute. He has written
18 books, including On Becoming A Leader, Why Leaders Can’t
Lead, and The Unreality Industry, coauthored with Ivan Mentoff.
Dr. Bennis was successor to Douglas McGregor as chairman of the
organizational studies department at MIT. He also taught at Harvard
and Boston universities. Later he was provost and executive vice
president of the State University of NY—Buffalo and president
of the University of Cincinnati. He published over 900 articles
and two of his books have earned the coveted McKenzie Award for
the Best Book on Management. He has served in an advisory capacity
for the past four U.S. presidents, and consultant to many corporations
and agencies and to the United Nations. Awarded 11 honorary degrees,
Dr. Bennis has also received numerous awards including the distinguished
service award of the American Board of Professional Psychologists
and the Perry L. Ruther practice award of the American Psychological
Association. |

Jack Barry
Mr. Barry held a number of key positions
in both public and private companies including CEO of a software
company and CEO of an information services company. Both
companies were recognized leaders in their respective markets.
Recognition
of his leadership abilities has resulted in him serving as
an outside director on the Board of Directors of five companies
and an inside director of four companies. He also serves
on Grove
City College’s (Grove City, PA) Entrepreneurship Advisory
Council. In 1995, Mr. Barry was selected by a committee of the
Secretary of Defense to participate in the Defense Department’s
Joint Civilian Orientation Conference.
Mr. Barry is a powerful speaker and has addressed audiences
in multiple countries. His consulting reflects his commitment
to a high standard of business ethics and is centered on three
fundamental beliefs:
1. The customer is a company’s most valuable asset.
2. The strength of a company is its employees and its processes.
3. That shareholders deserve a reasonable return.
Mr. Barry’s philosophies regarding leadership, customers,
employees and shareholders have been developed based on first

Patricia Ball
Patricia is a CSP and CPAE. She is president of Corporation
Communications. She served as president of the National Speakers
Association and served as International President of the International
Federation for Professional Speakers. Patricia is a certified
speaking professional, communication specialist, a keynoter,
diversity trainer, author, and presentation skills coach. A graduate
of Washington University, she has been on the lecture platform
since 1972, speaking nationally and internationally. Patricia
has helped thousands of executives, sales people, and others
achieve greater success in their personal and professional lives
through the dramatic impact of her workshops and lectures. In
1994, she was inducted into the Council of Peers Award For Excellence
Hall of Fame, the Oscar of the speaking profession. Less than
120 people worldwide have received this honor, and only 25 women
have received this award. Patricia has received intensive training
in diversity and gender issues from the Copeland Griggs Institute
in California. |

Alan Keyes
Alan Keyes’ powerful conservative message resonates for
millions of Americans from all walks of life and every geographic
region, who share his vision of a morally based government founded
on the principles embodied in our nation’s Declaration
of Independence. The Republican Presidential candidate received
his Ph.D. in Government Affairs in 1979 from Harvard University.
He served in the U.S. Foreign Service and on the staff of the
National Security Council by President Ronald Reagan in 1983.
He was Assistant Secretary of State for International Organization
Affairs from 1985 to 1987. Following his tenure with the State
Department, Ambassador Keyes was president of Citizens Against
Government Waste, where he founded CAGW’s National Taxpayer
Action Day. His political activism continues to challenge both
liberal Democrats and those within his own party who fails to
support the essential principles upon which the U.S. was founded.
Over the past ten years, Ambassador Keyes has been featured at
different times on a daily, syndicated talk radio program and
television series. He is the author of tow critically acclaimed
books, Masters of the Dream: The Strength and Betrayal of Black
American and Our Character, Our Future: Reclaiming America’s
